Like Apple Inc. poises to rediscover the book market-as with the computer industry, music and personal telecommunications-the Clark County School District is looking into the ranks of his own digital pioneer schools to navigate a new class of the 21st century.
California-based technology company launched on Thursday the latest iPad app, iBooks 2, which promises to be a one-stop shop for all future electronic book sales. This is an update to Apple’s iBooks, which has sold thousands of novel digital, or e-book, since it was launched together with the iPad t two years ago.
Schools across the country seem to embrace the iPad as a supplement and eventually replace traditional paper books as publishing companies began to develop e-books and classroom applications.
