Stepinac’s taps received a scholarship to Penn

WHITE PLAINS, NY–Archbishop Stepinac standout football player Austin Taps has received an offer of a scholarship to attend the University of Pennsylvania the next fall, high school announced Thursday.

According to a press release by the school, taps, which had previously made the decision to attend the lectures of William
