Students have organized a national day of action by student groups, unions and branches to occupy the premises as well as Wall Street’s growing student debt and budget cuts continue. In addition, they will be raising awareness of campus-specific issues.

Bertolino Thursday, 48, came to the LSC after eight years at Queens College, part of the City University of New York. As Vice President of enrollment management and Student Affairs, he is primarily responsible for overseeing 22 Departments including reception, Career Services and international student services. Under the leadership of Bertolino’s, the new Veterans Service Office and a health and Wellness Center is created. He is also the Executive Assistant to the President and Chairman of the Department, Professor, student personnel.
