| Cádiz |
The city of Cádiz, capital of the province, was founded by the Phoenicians over 3,000 years ago and is nowadays a lively, modern, well connected city where you can study Spanish and enjoy the wonderful climate, excellent beaches and an interesting range of cultural and leisure activities. Cádiz has ten kilometres of white sand beaches, ideal for aquatic sports (sailing, surfing, windsurfing, etc...) and other activities.
Get to know Cádiz by strolling through the historic city centre with its picturesque squares and narrow streets. Watch the sun setting from La Caleta, or stop to chat with the local people, so friendly and hospitable to all visitors. Enjoy the famous Carnival, Easter Week, regattas, the nightlife of the city, its bars and beach restaurants, etc. All of this and much more makes Cádiz a wonderful place to visit at any time of the year, and an excellent place to study Spanish amongst us. |
